Förenklad UDI-anmälan nu även på engelska
Nu finns den förenklade blanketten för att anmäla utländsk direktinvestering även på engelska. Tidigare i år uppdaterades anmälan i syfte att förenkla anmälningsförfarandet för investeringar inom EU.
Det blir därmed lättare att anmäla unionsinterna investeringar. Anmälaren ska inledningsvis ange om investeringen är unionsintern eller unionsextern. Antalet obligatoriska uppgifter minskar för den som anmäler en unionsintern investering till ISP.

The notification form for foreign direct investment is now also available in English
The simplified form for notifying foreign direct investments is now also available in English.
Earlier this year, the notification form was updated to simplify the notification procedure for investments within the EU. This makes it easier to notify intra-EU investments. At the outset, the notifier must indicate whether the investment is intra-EU or extra-EU. The number of mandatory fields has been reduced for those notifying the ISP of an intra-EU investment.
